Dear CLFMA Members and Industry Colleagues,
September 2026 also witnessed significant momentum towards the successful organisation of CLFMA OF INDIA’s 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 67th National Symposium 2026, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, experts, academicians, and stakeholders from across the animal agriculture ecosystem.
Throughout the month, CLFMA OF INDIA continued to strengthen its position as a leading and trusted voice for India’s livestock, poultry, aquaculture, and animal feed sectors. The Association actively engaged with the Government of India, industry leaders, researchers, academicians, and allied organisations to facilitate dialogue, address emerging challenges, and contribute towards policies and initiatives that support the sustainable growth of animal agriculture.

CLFMA OF INDIA's 59th AGM & 67th National Symposium 2026:
The Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association (CLFMA) of India successfully concluded its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 67th National Symposium on 11th and 12th September 2026 at The Leela Mumbai, themed “Animal Agriculture – The Backbone of Sustainable Development.”
The two-day event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, researchers, farmers and allied stakeholders to deliberate on key priorities for India’s animal agriculture sector, including feed security, productivity, animal health, innovation, technology, market linkages and sustainable growth.
The event featured addresses by Mr. Divya Kumar Gulati, Chairman, CLFMA of India, Shri Tarun Shridhar, IAS (Retd.), Mr. Naresh Pal Gangwar, Secretary, AHD, and Dr. Muthukumarasamy B., Joint Secretary (NLM). Discussions highlighted the need for stronger government-industry collaboration, improved feed availability, greater farmer capabilities and an integrated value chain.
The Symposium also featured the prestigious CLFMA Awards and Student Awards, recognising outstanding contributions across the Poultry, Dairy and Aqua sectors. The CLFMA Souvenir 2026 and Survey Report 2026–2030 were also launched.
The second day featured keynote presentations and panel discussions on feed and raw materials, innovation, international trade, pet food, Artificial Intelligence, global food security and “One Nation, One Voice”, emphasising coordinated industry advocacy and continued stakeholder engagement.
The programme concluded with a valedictory session reaffirming CLFMA of India’s commitment to strengthening India’s animal agriculture ecosystem.
As a gesture of appreciation, CLFMA of India sent thank-you letters to all participants, speakers, moderators and panellists on 29th September, 2026.
